Nell Arrington Helton

alt="" height="125" src="Images/nell%20helton%20photo.jpg" width="119" /> Mrs. Nell Arrington Helton, age 91, widow of Ezra William "Jack" Helton, Jr., formerly of Union, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 20, 2020. Mrs. Helton was born in Buffalo, January 10, 1929, a daughter of the late Quillen Arrington and Violet Sumner Arrington. She was a graduate of Union High School and was a proud former "Miss Union". Mrs. Helton was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher and a member of the WMU. Mrs. Helton was predeceased by her four children, Richard "Ricky" Cody, Teresa Lawson, Ezra William "Jackie" Helton, III and Scott Helton and a granddaughter, Brandi Helton Boughman. She is survived by her grandchildren, Tina Cody Metts, Michelle Helton, Landon Whitehead, Tim Morris, Candace Whitehead and several great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
