Olin Keith Dabbs, Jr.

Mr. Olin Keith Dabbs, Jr., age 63, of 203 S. 2nd Street, Lockhart, passed away, Sunday, August 18, 2024 at his home.

Mr. Dabbs was born April 30, 1961 in Orlando, FL, a son of the late Olin Keith Dabbs, Sr. and Laura Latham Dabbs.  He was a graduate of Lockhart High School and formerly employed with Timken.  Mr. Dabbs loved fishing and Alabama Football "Roll Tide."

Surviving are two sisters, Sherri D. Turner and husband Timothy of Lockhart and Michelle Brannon and husband Lee of Lockhart; nieces and nephews, Ethan Turner and wife Victoria of Alaska, Tori Garrett and wife Kayla of Union, Zack Turner and wife Kacie, Justin Brannon, and Abby Brannon; great-niece and great-nephews, Wesley Turner, Sterling Turner, Henry Turner, Greyson Garrett, and Sophia Turner; and his beloved dog, Butterball.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Sam Baine.  Burial will follow at Lockhart Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Justin Brannon, Zack Turner, Bryant Toney, Jason Brannon, and Chris Brannon.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
