Mrs. Olivia Fleming Harvey, age 71, wife of Ed Harvey of 660 Riley Rd., Buffalo, SC., went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mrs. Harvey was born August 5, 1942 in Union County, a daughter of the late A.B. Fleming and Flora Lawson Fleming. She was a graduate of Union High School and retired after 30 years of service from Cone Mill where she worked as a Cost Accountant. Mrs. Harvey was a faithful member of Buffalo United Methodist Church and helped with the MYF of the church. She was a very loving and caring person to all who knew her. Surviving in addition to her husband are to beloved pets: Precious Joy and Sue Ann of the home; and a number of cousins. Mrs. Harvey was a surrogate mother to a lot of children. Services will be held Monday, May 26, 2014 at Buffalo United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Ron Towery. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.
