Pam Riddle Wilson

Pam Riddle Wilson age 78 went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 19, 2025. Pam was born in Greenwood, SC on July 18, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Harold M. Wilburn and Edith Boling Wilburn. Pam was a graduate of Lockhart High School in 1965 and went on to attend Winthrop College in Rock Hill SC. Upon graduation she married her high school sweetheart Eddie Wilson and built a marriage of nearly 58 years. For over 30 years she was a devoted home maker and manager of her husband’s sales rep agency. She decided to follow a dream of caregiving and went back to school to receive her CPN degree. Afterwards she practiced at Oakmont Nursing home before entering private practice care under Dr. Robert Wentz. She served many years caring for patients of Union County and beyond at Union Family Practice, retiring in 2019. Pam was a faithful member of Mt. Tabor Presbyterian church where she rarely missed a Sunday service or church function.

Pam had a true passion for the outdoors and was an avid gardener. She maintained over 50 acres of property which included fruit trees and vines, many varieties of flowers, and gardens with countless fruits and vegetables. Pam was also a phenomenal cook and baker. Her family and friends all looked forward to anything that she prepared for family dinners, holiday celebrations, and church socials.

In addition to her husband Eddie, Pam is survived by her two children Missy Wilson Musser and husband Bill of Mount Pleasant, SC. Clay Wilson and wife Holly of Pauline, SC. Three grandchildren Lexi Wilson Gosnell and husband Kade of Spartanburg, SC. Mitch Wilson of Pauline, SC and Claire Musser of Mount Pleasant, SC. Special in laws Barry and Elizabeth Wilson of Chester SC and Sharon Bicket and Dave Brown of Chester SC. Dear friends and caregivers Wendell and Jan Whelchel of Gaffney SC. Also surviving is Pam’s devoted and loving dog “Buddy”

Pam was also pre-deceased by a brother Jack Riddle Jr. of Jacksonville, FL.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, November 30th at Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church. Receiving of friends will begin at 2:00 PM with the service to follow at 3:00 PM. The service will be conducted by Dr. Steven Lemmons and Reverend Merrit “Tuie” Wentz. The address is 825 Mt. Tabor Church Road Union SC 29379.
