Patricia Ann Price

Mrs. Patricia Ann Lawson Price, age 84, widow of Alden Price, formerly of Union, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023 at The Maples of Honea Path assisted living.

Mrs. Price was born in Union, October 10, 1938, a daughter of the late Claude Elmer Lawson and Sarah Nell Greer Lawson. She was a graduate of Union High School and retired from the medical field. Mrs. Price had worked for Dr. Wanda All and Drs. Keith, Hope and Hames. She was a member of Padgett's Creek Baptist Church and was attending Concord Baptist Church in Anderson.

Surviving are two sons, John Alden Price and wife Carey M. Kennedy, and James Richard "Rick" Price and life partner John Patrick all of Anderson; a grandson, Patrick Price and wife Dr. Stephanie Price of Belton; a sister, Sandra L. Burgess of Summerville and a brother, Robert H. Lawson of Pacolet and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Carrol Caldwell. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the chapel prior to the services.
