Patti Davis Whitmire

Ms. Patti Davis Whitmire, age 57, of 107 Corn St., Union, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at her home. Ms. Whitmire was born October 17, 1962 in Union, a daughter of Jackie Orr Davis of Union and the late Bobby Davis. She was a graduate of Union High School. Ms. Whitmire was a member of Morningside Baptist Church. She loved her family, her daughters, and her granddaughters, who say to know her was to love her. Surviving in addition her mother, are two daughters, DeAnn Cody and husband Brandon and Bailey Burris and friend Cash Gault, all of Union; two granddaughters, Braylyn and Bentley Cody; a brother, Jay Orr of Boiling Springs; two nieces Mackenzie Orr of Boiling Springs and Daniela Robbins and husband Travis of Pacolet; a cousin, Tammie Connolly and husband Song of Tampa, Fl; an uncle Joe Orr and wife Joanne of Key West; special friends, Kim Youngblood and Amanda Sweatt of Union; and a beloved fur baby "Daisey." A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Morningside Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Dr. Aulbrey Calvert. Visitation will be held after the services at the church. Memorials will be made to the Patti Davis Whitmire Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379. The family is at the home of her mother, 106 Corn St., Union, SC 29379.
