Perry Dean Rogers

Mr. Perry Dean Rogers, age 64, of 210 Wesley Chapel Church Rd., Union, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at his home. Mr. Rogers was born in Union, March 20, 1953 a son of the late Sara Horne Rogers. He was retired from Timken Co. after 33 years and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Rogers was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are a niece, Sherri H. Williams and husband Robert of Buffalo; a nephew, Scott Horne of Union; his sister-in-law, Cynthia Horne of Union; two cousins, Bobby Horne and wife Betty of Union and Tim Rogers and wife Teresa of Buffalo, and two great-nephews, Noah McCutcheon and Jonah McCutcheon. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale and Rev. Walter Holcombe. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Philippi Baptist Church, 327 Philippi Church Rd., Union, SC 29379. The family will be at their respective homes.
