Phyllis D. Smith

Mrs. Phyllis Dover Smith, age 66, of 1211 Arthur Blvd., Union, widow of Donald E. Smith, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mrs. Smith was born in Union, June 11, 1957, a daughter of the late Donald Leon Dover, Sr. and Doris Haney Dover. She was a 1976 graduate of Union High School and had retired from Spartan Mills, Rosemont Plant.

Surviving are a daughter, Shelley L. Smith of the home; a sister, Penny D. Lawson of Sharon and a grandson, Chandler Craine of the home. She was predeceased by a brother, Donald Leon "Junior" Dover.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
