Mr. Raymond E. "Eddie" Duncan, Jr., age 66, husband of Rhonda Nave Duncan of 134 Duncan Circle, Union, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 at his home.

Mr. Duncan was born in Union, January 25, 1958, a son of the late Raymond E. Duncan, Sr. and Bessie Jennings Duncan. He was a 1975 graduate of Union High School and attended USC-Union and USC-Spartanburg. Mr. Duncan retired as Plant Manager from Bibb Manufacturing and had also worked as Superintendent for Milliken and Co., Gillespie Plant. After retirement, served the textile industry as a consultant. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed playing golf, hunting and fishing. Mr. Duncan was a member of Lockhart First Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Brandy Duncan of Laurens; a son, Raymond E. "Tripp" Duncan, III and wife Mica of West Springs; a step-daughter, Kelly A. Venesky and husband Trevor of Landrum; and two sisters, Beth D. Hawkins and husband Jimmy of Union and Tammy D. Knox and husband Gettys of Advance, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tanner Edward Duncan, Addie Elizabeth Duncan, Jacob Holt, Nick Pruitt and Isaac Pruitt and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 15, 2024 at Bogansville United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Dr. Don McCutcheon and Rev. Ed Traxler. The family will receive friends immediately following the services in the church Fellowship Hall.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

The family will be at the home, 134 Duncan Circle, Union.
