Rebecca Little Garner

January 13, 2016 Mrs. Rebecca Little Garner, age 82 wife of Kedrick Garner of 185 Deerhaven Rd., Jonesville, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Garner was born in Kelton, SC on April 13, 1933 a daughter of the late W.J. Little and Grace Kitchens Little. She was a graduate of Kelly Pinckney High School. Mrs. Garner worked alongside her husband as secretary of Union Power and Equipment. She was a member of Mt. Joy Baptist Church where she had served as a Sunday School teacher, pianist, and was a member of the Judy Hayes Sunday School Class. Surviving in addition to her husband of 63 years are a son, Bill Garner of Jonesville; a sister, Ann Adams of Santuc; a brother, Alan Little and wife Joan of Jonesville; grandchildren, Lindsey Kirby and husband Aaron, Kimmy Garner and Christopher Garner. She was predeceased by three sons, David Garner, Richard Garner, and Bob Garner. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, January 15, 2016 at Mt. Joy Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Alan West and Rev. Carl Harris. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be John Garner, Tyler Crocker, Aaron Kirby, Dickie Fowler, Todd Little, Jake Black, Christopher Garner and Paul Little. Visitation will be held Thursday evening 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mt.
