May 3, 2016 Buffalo, S.C. Mrs. Rebecca "Becky" Billings Hagan, age 70, of 116 Meadow Lane, Buffalo, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Hagan was born in Union, September 24, 1945, a daughter of the late Walter L. and Eva Pruitt Billings. She was a graduate of Union High School and was retired from the Union County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Mrs. Hagan was a member of Putman Baptist Church and was the widow of Jan W. Hagan Surviving are her loving companion and caregiver, Billy J. Dyer; a son, Ron Weathers, Jr. and wife Nancy of Coralville, IA; two granddaughters, Erin Weathers and Jaycie Weathers both of Coralville, IA; a step-son, Phillip Hagan and wife Kim of Union; two step-daughters, Beth Ann Foster of Union and Laura Graham and husband Fred of Tuscaloosa, AL and five step-grandchildren, Brandon Hagan, Jordan Hagan and wife Melissa, Ashley Hagan, Sarah Foster and Hagan Graham The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff and nurses of Blue Ridge Hospice for their love, care and concern of Mrs. Hagan during her illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 6, 2016 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Scott Cobb. Burial will be at Putman Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Friday at the funeral home prior to the services. Memorials may be made to the Union Co. Humane Society, 218 N. Pinckney St., Union, SC 29379
