Richard D. Mcbride, Jr.

Mr. Richard Donald McBride, Jr., age 61, passed away at his home in Pacolet, Monday, June 27, 2016. Mr. McBride was born in Union, February 16, 1955 a son of Mazel Vanderford McBride Owens and the late Richard Donald McBride, Sr. He was formerly employed with Hoke Distributors and was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Pacolet. Surviving in addition to his mother are his step-father, John "Perk" Owens of Pacolet, a daughter, Lori McBride; a son, "Little Rick" McBride both of Union; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his brother, Steve McBride. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Don Paris. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the services.
