Rickie Don Brewington

Mr. Rickie Don Brewington, age 64, of 137 Hilltop View, Union, widower of Nancy West Brewington, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Brewington was born in Laurens Co., March 18, 1958, a son of the late Jimmy William and Elmer McAbee Brewington. He was a retired electrician having worked with Martin House Electrics. Mr. Brewington was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Surviving are a nephew, Chris McGowan and wife Brandy of Buffalo; a stepson, Richie Gregory of Union; a brother-in-law, Steve Heatherly of Buffalo; five grandchildren, Darrell Gregory, Lexi Gregory, Nevaeh Gregory, Austin Gregory and Macy Gregory; and several great-grandchildren. Mr. Brewington was predeceased by a brother Jimmy Brewington.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, August 13, 2022 at his home, 137 Hilltop View, Union conducted by Rev. Neil Keisler. Visitation will be held immediately following the service.
