Rodney Dean Inman

Mr. Rodney Dean Inman, age 59, husband of Sandra R. Inman of 106 North 2nd Street, Lockhart, passed away, Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mr. Inman was born in Union, January 2, 1961, a son of the late Bobby Inman and the late Juanita Brannon Inman.  He attended Lockhart High School and retired from Cone Mills Carlisle Finishing Plant after 35 years of service. Mr. Inman was a member, Deacon, and former Sunday School teacher of Lockhart Free Will Baptist Church.  He was a volunteer Fireman of the Lockhart Fire Dept. and served on the Fire Dept. Board.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Jessica Inman; a son, Rodney Dean Inman II.; a granddaughter, Harmoni Chambers of the home; two brothers, Dale Inman and wife Patti Inman of Lockhart, Dexter Inman and Sally Inman of Union and a number of nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his sister Joyce Neal.

A graveside service with firemen honors will be held 2:00pm Monday Dec. 28, 2020 at Lockhart Cemetery.
