Rosa Linda Steele

Mrs. Rosa Linda Steele age 62, wife of Michael Wayne Steele of 1906 Mudbridge Rd. Jonesville, SC passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Steele was born in Union, SC March 25, 1957, a daughter of the late Norman Dean and Rosa Lee Haney Moore. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. Mrs. Steele loved working in the yard, fishing and spending time with her family. Surviving in addition to her husband is two daughters, Jennifer Lynn Williams and husband, Dennis and Ashley Rose Powell and husband David all of Union; a son, Mickey Eugene Steele and wife, Jessica Taylor of Buffalo; two sisters, Joyce Greene and friend, Tubo Owens of Union and Lisa Thomas of Buffalo; three brothers Joe Dean Moore, Sr. and wife, Marie, Terry Franklin Moore and Ray Dale Moore and wife Sherry all of Buffalo; eight grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews, two special sisters-in-law, Robbie Jane Shoemake and Florence Katherine Crawford and two brothers-in-law, Rickey Steele and Danny Steele. Services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Lakeside Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Scott Cobb. Interment will follow at Jonesville Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Alan Rector, Joseph Michael Steele, Joe Moore, Jr., Richie Waldrop, Trey Greene, Tubo Owens and Terry Greene. Honorary Pallbearers will be Anthony Sousa and Jonathan Sousa. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Monday, April 29, 2019 at Lakeside Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Lakeside Baptist Church, 640 Lakeside Drive, Union, SC 29379. The family is at her home, 1906 Mudbridge Rd., Jonesville, SC 29353.
