Rose Robertson

Mrs. Rose Robertson, age 97 formerly of 635 Berry Farm Rd., Union, widow of George L. Robertson, Sr, passed away Monday, January 6, 2014 at White Oak Manor , Newberry, SC. Mrs. Robertson was born in Spindale, NC May 25, 1916. She was a homemaker and family farmer. Mrs. Robertson was a member of Hebron Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, George L. Robertson, Jr. and wife Debra of Union; three grandchildren: Levi Robertson and wife Angela of Spartanburg and their children, Laci and Addison Robertson, Jessica Allison of Union and her daughter, Jamison Alexander and Randee Robertson of Columbia and her son, CJ Keisler of Union. Mrs. Robertson was the last surviving child of eleven children. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Hebron Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Brian Childers. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 PM Wednesday in the church prior to the service. The family is at the home of her son, George and Debra Robertson, 640 Berry Farm Rd., Union.
