Ruby Williams Eubanks

Mrs. Ruby Williams Eubanks, age 97, widow of Charlie Thomas Eubanks of Spartanburg, SC passed away Friday, February 4, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House.

Mrs. Eubanks was born in Clinton, SC July 9,1924 a daughter of the late John Baxter Williams and Mary Inez Murphy Williams.  She was a member of the former Westside Baptist Church in Union but was a faithful and loving supporter of Glenn Springs Presbyterian Church in the Glenn Springs, SC community.

Surviving are two sons, Marion Charles Eubanks (Barbara) of Spartanburg and Stanley Thomas Eubanks of Spartanburg; a daughter, Rita Eubanks of Moore; a sister, Frances Greene of Union; grandchildren: Lori Jolly (Benjamin), Edward Thomas Eubanks (Jennifer), William Chandler Alexander, Morris O'Neal Eubanks (Stephanie), and Charley Thomas  Eubanks, II; great-grandchildren: Taylor Eubanks Brady (Jacob), John Thomas Eubanks, William Henry Eubanks, and Thomas Hill Eubanks; and her caregiver and friend Linda Burris.

Mrs. Eubanks was predeceased by a son, Marvin O'Neil Eubanks, and siblings: Christine McNeace, Boyd Williams, her twin sister Ruth McNeace, Mary Nell Black, Shirley Pearson, Donald Williams, and Larry Williams.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Glenn Springs Presbyterian Church cemetery conducted by the Dr. B.E. Pettit.
