Ruby C. White

Mrs. Ruby Creasman White, age 90 of 120 Chelsea Court, Union, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Mrs. White was born in Union, March 14, 1935, a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Crocker Creasman. She retired from Conso Products and afterwards worked as a caregiver for the elderly. She was a very modest woman and lived a happy and simple life. She was a devoted mother who loved her children and grandchildren dearly. Mrs. White was a member of McCutchen Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was first married to the late Bobby Knox, Sr. and secondly married to the late Donald White.

Surviving are two daughters, Sherry Knox Davis and husband Fred of Clinton, and Jean White Capps and husband Robert of Union; two sons, Bobby Knox, Jr. and wife Cindy of Amhurst, VA, and Michael White and wife Jennifer of Union; a step son, Ronald Lovely and wife Mary of Byron Center, MI; four grandchildren, Vanesa Gregory and husband Michael, Justin Knox, Katie Justice and Paige White; six great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Pearl C. Gregory and a brother, Donald Creasman.

A Home Going service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2025 at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Randy Smith. Visitation will be held Friday from 12:00 until 1:00 PM at the church prior to the services.

The family will be at the home, 120 Chelsea Court, Union.
