Sheila Cagel Crocker

Mrs. Sheila Cagel Crocker, age 76, of 652 Strother Rd., Union, widow of Jackie H. Crocker, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 at her daughter's home in Liberty.

Mrs. Crocker was born in Union, April 15, 1946, a daughter of the late Houston Allen Cagle and Bessie McGaha Cagle. She was a graduate of Union High School and had previously worked at Conso Products and Her Majesty.

Surviving are a daughter, Melissa C. Martin and husband Randy of Liberty; a son, Jay Thomas Crocker and wife Amanda of Rock Hill; two sisters, Joan Medford and husband Ray of Simpsonville and Peggy Turner of Jonesville; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, Landon Crocker, three sisters, Wyonna Carsuo, Juanita Lawson and Arvilla Cagle, and two brothers, Odell Cagle and Leamon Cagle.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Tommy Brown. Burial was at Rosemont Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Thomas Gregory, Sr., Thomas Gregory, Jr., Dylan Gregory, Jamie Elakrah, Tyler Grandis, and Tony Martin.

Visitation was held Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the chapel prior to the services.
