Stanley H. Hawkins

Stanley H. Hawkins Union, SC Mr. Stanley Horace Hawkins, age 62 of 409 Sims Ave., widower of Betty B. Hawkins passed away Friday, January 23, 2015 at his home. Mr. Hawkins was born in Union, July 8, 1952 a son of the late Horace Elmer Hawkins and Mildred Aileen Leonhardt Hawkins. He was a graduate of Union High School and received a Bachelor's degree in business from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Hawkins was retired from Cone Mill, Carlisle Plant and was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of Brown's Creek Baptist Church and the American Legion. Surviving are a daughter, Jill Hawkins; a son, Brett Hawkins; two step-daughters, Sherry White and husband Rodney and Amanda Holt; a step-son, Ricky J. Brawley; a brother, David L. Hawkins and a grandson, Joey Sanders. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 30, 2015 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. John Lee.
