Sue Ogle Gilliland

Mrs. Sue Ogle Gilliland, age 92, of Pacolet, passed away, Thursday, May 7, 2026, at her home.

Mrs. Gilliland was born May 11, 1933, in Union, a daughter of the late Clyde Ogle and Bernice Franklin Ogle. She was a retired seamstress at Hamrick’s. Mrs. Gilliland was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church in Pacolet. She loved sewing, cooking, dancing, fishing, gardening, and loved working in VBS.

Surviving is a daughter, Susie Edwards of Moore; a son, Randy Gilliland of Pacolet; and three sisters, Virigina Howell of Sharon, Lillian Weathers of Jonesville, and Bertie Bryant and husband Bobby of Jonesville. She was predeceased by a sister, Lois Lancaster.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 11, 2026, at Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held immediately following the services at the cemetery.
