Sue R. Wilson

September 9, 2017 Mrs. Sue R. Wilson, age 70, wife of Evans Wilson of 257 Wilson Rd., Union, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Wilson was born January 19, 1947 in Union, SC a daughter of the late Dana Green Rogers and Martha Lee Carter Rogers. She retired from Spartan Mills - Rosemont Plant. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Buffy Medford and special daughter Donna Nance and husband Mike all of Union; one son, Todd Medford of Clearwater, FL; ten grandchildren, Kyle Nance, Ashley Wilson, Sarah Wilson, Lacey Medford, Brooke Wilson, Cody Harris, Deidre Wilson Foster, Heather Wilson, Dylan Rogers, and Carson Medford; one great-grandson, Brayden Jennings; one sister, Dana Kaye Adams of Spartanburg; one brother, David B. Rogers and wife June of Gaffney; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Michael Wilson and Ricky Wilson Memorial services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, September 10, 2017 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Wayne Cooke. Visitation will be held 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Kindred at Home.
