Tammy Elizabeth Greer

Mrs. Tammy Elizabeth Greer, age 54, of 150 Park Drive, Jonesville, a child of God gained her angel wings, Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Ellen Sagar Nursing Center.

Mrs. Greer was born March 16, 1969 in Union, a daughter of James Elliott Fowler, Sr. of Jonesville and Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Gault Whitt of Darlington.  She was a member of Jonesville Church of God.  Mrs. Greer loved animals.

Besides her parents she is survived by a son Christopher John Crocker of Rockwell, NC; a brother Charles Elliott "Chuck" Fowler and wife Candy of Moore, SC; a step-sister, Elaine Patrick and husband Randy of Union; a step-brother, Joe McAbee of Union; a special aunt, Barbara Woodward of Jonesville; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was predeceased by a brother, James Elliott Fowler, Jr.; a step-brother, William McAbee; her step-mother, Pearline McAbee Fowler; and her step-father, Perry Vance Whitt.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel conducted by the Pastor Frankie Tanner.  Burial will follow at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at Holcombe's Jonesville Chapel.

The family would like to especially thank the nurses, doctors, and staff of Ellen Sagar Nursing Center, Spartanburg Medical Center, and Union Medical Center for their care, kindness, and attention given to Tammy during her illness.
