Terri G. Foster

Mrs. Terri Garner Foster, age 68 of 420 Bailey Rd., Buffalo, widow of Charles Richard Foster, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center

Mrs. Foster was born in Union, November 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Heyward and Lucille Vaughn Garner. She was a graduate of Union High School and received a degree in nursing from USC. Mrs. Foster retired as a registered nurse from Wallace Thompson Hospital after working over 30 years. She was of the Baptist faith and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Surviving are a niece, Gena Emory and husband Michael of Spartanburg; a nephew, Steven White and wife Linda of VA; a brother-in-law, Clyde Eckle James of Pacolet; and numerous great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Shelbia James and Doris Burrell.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Fairforest Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the services.
