Terry Parks Brown

Mr. Terry Parks Brown, age 67, husband of Joyce Gregory Brown of 203 Arthur St., Union, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at his home. Mr. Brown was born on February 19, 1950 in Union a son of the late Jessie Brown and Edna Parks Brown. He was retired from Wal-Mart in Union and had previously worked at Cone Mill-Carlisle Finishing Plant. Mr. Brown was of the Church of God Faith. He was a member of BPO Elks Lodge 1321. Surviving in addition to his wife are one daughter Tuesday Hill of Union; two step-sons, Gregory Ochiltree and Mark Ochiltree both of Union; one sister, Rebecca Smith and husband Carroll of Pauline; four grandchildren, Brad Ochiltree, Matthew Ochiltree, Genesis Hill, and Eden Hill; and three great-grandchildren, Bryant Ochiltree, Maura Ochiltree, and Lillie Ochiltree. He was predeceased by six sisters and two brothers. Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2018 at the S.R Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Randy Smith and Rev. Neil Keisler. Members of the Rook Club and Members of BPO Elks Lodge 1321 are asked to sit in a group. Visitation will be 1:30 until 3:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Spartanburg Regional Hospice for their love and care of Mr. Brown.
