November 19, 2015 Mrs. Thelma Louise Heatherly, age 86, formerly of Mudbridge Rd., Buffalo, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Pruitt Health Care in Six Mile. Mrs. Heatherly was born in Buffalo, March 2, 1929, a daughter of the late Harley and Geneva Henson Heatherly. She was retired from United Merchants, Union Plant and was a member of Buffalo United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Burbage of Easley and Gail Mitchell of Conway; two sisters, Mary Ellen Moore and Ruby Fowler both of Union; two brothers, Martin Heatherly and Edward Heatherly both of Buffalo; six grandchildren: Darren Burbage of Easley, Tonya Harrington of Denver, CO, Randall Burbage of Greenville, Rhonda Mitchell of Dillon, Angel Cook of Aynor and Danny Mitchell of Conway; numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Heatherly was predeceased by a sister, Myrtle Robinson and four brothers, Dewey Heatherly, Ray Heatherly, Jimmy Heatherly and Jerry Heatherly. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Ron Towery. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Tommy Moore, Ronnie Moore, David Heatherly, Mitch Heatherly, Bryan Heatherly and Ronnie Robinson. Visitation will be held 12:30 until 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the services. The family will be at the home of her sister, Marry Ellen Moore, 302 Buffalo-West Springs Hwy., Union.
