Timothy Wayne Howell

Mr. Timothy Wayne Howell, age 61, of 612 W. Main St., Union, passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Howell was born in Union, January 25, 1959, a son of Maggie Trammell Howell of the home and the late O'Neal Howell. He was formerly employed with Milliken and Co. and was of the Baptist faith. Timmy loved the outdoors, sitting on the porch and listening to music. He loved being with his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a sister, Maxine Holcombe of the home, four brothers, Terry "Augie" Howell and wife Stephanie of Union, Dennis "Smiley" "Hookman" Howell and Gerald "Duck" Howell both of the home, and Stanley Howell and wife Pamela of Lancaster; a sister-in-law, Vicki Howell of Union; two nieces, Amber Lawson and husband Patrick and Hannah Brewington and husband Kevin; a nephew, Lance Holcombe and wife Jessica; great nieces and nephews, Carson Holcombe, Tinsley Brewington, Abel Holcombe, Lillie Lawson, Jayci Brewington and Cohen Watkins. Mr. Howell was predeceased by a sister, Joanne Howell and two brothers, Danny Howell and Ronnie Howell.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, October 26, 2020 at Rosemont Cemetery conducted by Rev. Damon Duncan. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the services.

Honorary pallbearers will be Patrick Lawson, Kevin Brewington, Phillip Franklin, Lynn Black, Harold Patel and Floyd Rhinehart.

The family wishes to say a special "Thank You" to the staff and nurses of Spartanburg Regional Hospice for their care of Timmy during his illness and they ask that memorials be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 1530 Drayton Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.

The family will be at the home, 612 W. Main St., Union.
