Timothy Warren Justice

Mr. Timothy Warren Justice, age 57, husband of Nancy B. Justice of 1902 Mudbridge Rd., Jonesville, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Justice was born in Spartanburg, April 18, 1963, a son of the late Wylie Robert Justice and Robbie Cody Justice. He was a 1982 graduate of Union High School and attended USC-Union. Mr. Justice retired from the Union Co. Sheriff's Office, Jail Division. He was a member of West Springs Baptist Church where he taught the Men's Sunday School Class and served as a Deacon. Mr. Justice also served as a volunteer at Monarch Elementary School and loved to go hunting.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, T. Mitchell Justice and wife Tracey, and Nathan B. Justice and wife Jessica all of Union; two grandchildren, Rosalie Justice and Nathan C. Justice; two step-grandchildren, Chelsey Mills and husband Tyler, and Cole Smith and two great-grandchildren, Chloe Smith and Coleson Mills. Mr. Justice was predeceased by a brother, Darrell Justice.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 1, 2020 at West Springs Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Greg Black. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 util 3:00 PM Sunday at the church prior to the services.

Active pallbearers will be Phil Byran, Mark Ireton, Mike Gault, Dan Berry, Frank Hart and Robbie Woody.

Members of the Men's Sunday School Class and Deacons of West Springs Baptist Church are asked to serve as the honorary escort.
