TOMMY DEMPSEY FOWLER

JONESVILLE, SC

Mr. Tommy Dempsey Fowler, age 72, passed away, Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Mr. Fowler was born in Union, July 3, 1948, a son of the late Bobby Fowler, and the late "Cotton" Horne Fowler.  He graduated from Jonesville High School and was a member of Gilead Baptist Church.  Mr. Fowler served in the South Carolina National Guard and was stationed in Jonesville.  He retired as an employee of South Carolina Department of Corrections.

Surviving are two cousins, Gary Proctor of Jonesville; and Gene Horne of Jonesville; special family Ricky Roberts and his sons, Chaz Roberts and Micheal Vanderford of Jonesville; and a special caregiver Loraine Kershaw of Jonesville.

A graveside service will be held 2:00pm Wednesday Dec. 30, 2020 at Jonesville Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Dr. Eddie Saxon.
