Vanda Bragg Wade

Mrs. Vanda Bragg Wade, age 72, wife of Roger Wade of 907 Old Buncombe Road, Union, SC went to be with the Lord Friday, July 17, 2026 at her home.

Mrs. Wade was born in Clinton, SC, May 19, 1954, the daughter of the late Johnie E. Bragg and Mildred Griffin Bragg. She retired as an Activities Director with nursing homes and was a member of the Activities Directors Association. Mrs. Wade was a member of the Church of Christ in Laurens. She loved Pink Flamingos and had an extensive collection of them, she loved to travel and really loved her dog, Rudy.

In addition to her husband, Roger, Mrs. Wade is survived by brothers, Darrell Bragg, Jackie Bragg and Dennis Bragg and his wife, Karen all of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces, Nikki Wilson, and Dr. Lee Bragg and nephews, Aaron Bragg and AJ Bragg.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel, conducted by Pastor Harvey Allen.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the service in the chapel.

The family will be at the home, 907 Old Buncombe Rd., Union. SC 29379.
