Wendy C. Fowler Union, Sc

Ms. Wendy Charlene Fowler, age 48 of 202 N. Gadberry St., Union, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 after a sudden illness. Ms. Fowler was born in Union, February 16, 1966, a daughter of the late Charles Jordan Fowler, Jr. and Minnie Pearl Bates Fowler. Ms. Fowler was formerly employed with Milliken Co., Monarch Mill and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are three sisters, Elizabeth Fowler, Debra Coats, and Lisa Fowler all of Union; two brothers, Mike Fowler of Union and Tommy Bright of Georgia. Ms. Fowler was predeceased by two sisters, Martha Sinclair and Jackie Garrett and two brothers, Jerry Byrd and Billy Bates. A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2014 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Rick Dupree. Visitation will be held immediately following the services in the chapel. The family will be at the home of her sister, Lisa Fowler, 112 5th St., Union (Ottaray community). Memorials may be made to the Wendy C. Fowler Fund, P.O. Box 293, Union, SC 29379.
