William "Billy" Lafayette Edwards

Mr. William Lafayette "Billy" Edwards age73, formerly of Union, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Carlyle Senior Care in Aiken.

Mr. Edwards was born in Union, SC March 2, 1950, a son of the late Emmett Lafayette Edwards and Daisy Belle Roark Edwards. He was retired from the United Merchants-Union Mill plant.

Surviving are a sister, Marsha Lemmons and husband, Phil of Clover; a brother, Roger Emmett Edwards and wife, Barbara Ann of Gastonia; and a numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Edwards was predeceased by a brother, Jimmy Dean Edwards.

Private Services will be held by the family at a later date.

The family is at their respective homes.
