William "Bill" R. Feaster, Jr.

Mr. William Rice Feaster, Jr., age 73, of 212 Riverhills Rd., Union, entered his eternal home on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born February 28, 1949, he was the son of the late William R. Feaster, Sr. and Dorothy S. Feaster.  He was a resident of the Union County Disabilities Board and Special Needs group home.  He worked at their workshop since its beginning.  He was a graduate of Union High School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Union.  He was a member of the Morgan-Strom Sunday School Class and collected money for Meal on Wheels.  He enjoyed following the Yellow Jackets and competing in the Special Olympics.  He was an avid baseball fan and played with the Union County Miracle League.

Surviving is his sister, C. Frances Feaster of Union; his aunts, Mulloy Christopher of Goose Creek and Maxine Spinks of Kilgore, TX and a number of cousins.  He was predeceased by his sisters, Sharon Feaster Lewis and Mary A. Feaster.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 12, 2022 at First Baptist Church Chapel conducted by the Rev. Robbie Stollger.  Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the services at the Church.
