Brenda Knox Little

            Mrs. Brenda Knox Little, age 79, wife of 51 years to William Roy Little of 1046 Jonesville-Lockhart Hwy., Union, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her home.

            Mrs. Little was born in Union, May 14, 1941, a daughter of the late William “Bill” Knox and Daisey Murphy Gregory and husband Ralph. She was a graduate of Union High School and co-owner and operator of the Wild Cat Den in Jonesville. Mrs. Little was a member of Mt. Joy Baptist Church. She loved to go antiquing and on trips to Gatlinburg, TN, with family and friends.

            Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, Angie Belue Horne and fiancé Michael Putnam of Jonesville, Wanda Little Adamson, and Shayna Little Kirby and husband David all of Union; a son, William “Rob” Little of Jonesville; two sisters, Sara Smith and husband Lecil and Judy Griffin; a brother, Randall Gregory and wife Darlene all of Union. Mrs. Little is also survived by three grandchildren, Chris Bright, Josh Little and Cody Adamson and wife Lannah, and five great-grandchildren, Faith and Waylon Kirby, Cash and Hudson Adamson and Ava Brielle Little. She was predeceased by a grandson, Adam Horne, a son-in-law, Bobby Adamson, and a sister, Elizabeth “Libby” Davis.

            Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Mt. Joy Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale and Mr. Chad Ponder. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

            Active pallbearers will be Mike Smith, Rod Horne, Robbie Little, Willard Farr, Wayne Hutcherson, Shawn Haney and Mickey Belue.

            Visitation will be held Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the church prior to the services.

            Memorials may be made to Mt. Joy Baptist Church, 657 Pea Ridge Hwy., Jonesville, SC 29353.

            The family will be at the home, 1046 Jonesville-Lockhart Hwy., Union.
