Charles Patterson Obituary

Mr. Charles William “Charlie” Patterson, age 87, husband of Shirley Pickavent Patterson of 332 River Ridge Rd., Pacolet, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at his home.

Mr. Patterson was born in Jonesville, April 11, 1934, a son of the late Jack and Winnie Millwood Patterson. He was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the US Navy.

Surviving in addition to his wife are four daughters, Wendy Cash and husband Gerald of Pacolet, Noreen Swartz and husband Michael and Lori Lema all of Rhode Island, and Charlene Riggons and husband David of New York; two sons, Daniel Patterson and wife Melissa of Pacolet and David Patterson and wife Lisa of Myrtle Beach; two sisters, Elaine Lawson and husband Robert of Pacolet and Bevia Lipsey of Jonesville; 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 8 great great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Rosemont Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Daniel Cash, James Cash, Jeremy Cash, Shawn Cash, David Riggons, Coty Patterson, Stephen Lema and Blake Cash.

Visitation will be held at the graveside immediately following the service.

The family will be at the home, 332 River Ridge Rd., Pacolet, SC.
