Obituary
Mr. Dan Thomas Abee, age 74, husband of Carolyn Price Abee of 855 Gaffney Hwy., Jonesville, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Mr. Abee was born August 29, 1948, a son of the late Vernon and Louise Tallent Abee. He was a graduate of Jonesville High School and Clemson University where he studied Horticulture. Mr. Abee was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Vietnam War with the Airborne Rangers.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Dana Abee Reynolds and husband Dennis of Jonesville; a son, Chris Abee and wife Nikki of Union; and a sister, Fran Baldwin of Jonesville. He is also survived by grandchildren, Cameron Abee, Trey Abee, Jessica Abee Bobo and husband Dustin and their children, Hutson and Avorie, C.J. Abee, and Paige Parkins and son, Kingston. He was predeceased by two brothers, Michael Abee and Roger Abee.
Private services will be scheduled by the family for a later date.
