Mr. Daniel Scott Farr, age 46, husband of Tiffany C. Farr, of 101 Katelyn’s Way, Buffalo, passed away, Thursday, November 4, 2021, at his home.
Mr. Farr was born July 3, 1975, in Union, a son of Debra Scott Farr Rash and husband Mack and the late Floyd Daniel “Danny” Farr, Jr. He was a graduate of Union High School and earned his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Spartanburg Methodist College. Mr. Farr retired as an Investigator from the Seneca Police Department and had previously worked at the Union County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Union Public Safety Department. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving in addition to his wife, mother and stepfather, are a daughter, Makenzi Marie Farr and friend Saul Quiterio of Seneca; a son, Daniel Blaine Farr of the home; two step-daughters, Kristin Bailey Lancaster of Whitmire and Payton Nikole Lancaster of Buffalo; a grandson, Xaelyn Gideon; a brother, Jeff Farr of Union; his paternal grandfather, Billy Scott of Union; and his fur babies, Shelby and Khloe. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Floyd and Ferol Farr and his maternal grandmother, Barbara Scott.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2021, at Philippi Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Robert Scott, Rev. Brad Goodale, and Rev. Bill Randall. Burial with Law Enforcement Honors will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel.
Active pallbearers will be Tim Floyd, Jason Sweezy, Allen O’Dell, Troy Brewington, Mike Durham, Derrick Pack, Ben Rohr, and DeWayne Nance.

The family is at the home of Debbie and Mack Rash, 306 Victory Lane, Union.
