Mr. Harold Levoid “Johnny” Belue of 4252 Jonesville Lockhart Hwy., Union loving husband of Carolyn Porter Belue passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 at his home.
Mr. Belue was born April 2, 1940 in Union, SC a son of the late Harold D. Belue and Wynona Gault Belue. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-grandfather. After his retirement with Sanders Brothers, he worked for Union County Recycling Center and work until his heath declined. Mr. Belue’s passion was his family and being around people and helping others anyway he could. He adored his family, loved life and bluegrass music.
Surviving in addition to his wife, of sixty-two years, are his daughters, LuAnn Vanderford and husband Logan and Pamela Wilbanks and husband Calvin of Union; a sister, Blanche Blackston and husband Doug of Union; two brothers, Drexell Belue of Sharon and Leonard “Pete” Belue and wife Jean of Union; Grandchildren, Joni Long and husband DJ, Danielle McDaniel, Justin Wilbanks, and Paige Johnson and husband Jimmy; Great Grandchildren, Gavin Vanderford, Erika Lawson, Caleb Thomas, Kaylan McDaniel, Joseph Whisenant, Paiden Long and Blyth Long; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a two sisters, Annie Belle Clayton and Delores Clayton.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Lockhart Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Jeff Gilfillan.
The family will receive friends immediately following the services in the cemetery.
