Mrs. Hazel Willard Nance, age 93, of 218 Hillcrest Dr., Union, widow of Ray Hope Nance, passed away, Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Pacifica.
Mrs. Nance was born June 8, 1928, in Union, a daughter of the late Joe Barth Willard and Maggie Scott Willard. She retired from Conso as a Supervisor. Mrs. Nance was a member of Philippi Baptist Church where she worked in the Nursery for over 40 years. She was a devout Christian lady who loved her church, her family, and her children.
Surviving are a son, Mike Nance of Union; a grandson, Kyle Nance of Union; a sister, Dolly Pittman and husband Jim of Union; and a brother, Wayne Willard of Union. She was predeceased by a sister, Frances Mitchell and six brothers, Joe Willard, Barth Willard, Dean Willard, Ned Willard, William Willard, and Clarence Willard.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, May 2, 2022 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. Ralph Brown and Rev. Tim Huckabee. Burial will follow at Philippi Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Tim Mitchell, Mark Murphy, Scott Willard, Jeff Stepp, Joseph Parks, and Eddie Goins.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM prior to the services at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.

The family is at the home of her sister, Dolly and Jim Pittman, 216 Sweetwater Dr., Buffalo, SC 29321.
