James "Frank" Franklin Crawford, III

Mr. James Franklin “Frank” Crawford, age 41, husband of Tennille Johnson Crawford, of 4202 Meridian River Run, Spartanburg, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022.

Mr. Crawford was born June 11, 1980, in Union, a son of Jimmy Crawford and wife Kim and the late Becky Mull Crawford.  He attended Lockhart High School and was employed with J. Crawford Logging. Mr. Crawford enjoyed the outdoors and coon hunting.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his children.

Surviving in addition to his wife and father are five children, Jaylyn Crawford of Union, Colton James Crawford of Union, Lily Petty, Benjamin Petty, and Tenley Petty all of the home; a sister, Crystal Davis and husband Rodney of Union; a brother, Phillip Crawford and wife Brooke of Union; a step-sister, Chastity Crawford and husband Bubba of Jonesville; and his aunts and uncles, Jerry and Carol Crawford, Joey and Tammy Crawford, Jeff and Heather Crawford, Heidi and Eric Snyder, Sandra Mull, Donna and Ralph Smith, Randy and April Smith, Scott and Cricket Austin, and Doodle and Tom Rochester.  He was predeceased by an uncle Freddie Mull and an aunt Vickie Layton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Randy Smith.  Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Cale Crawford, Bubba Crawford, Rodney Davis, Jay Crawford, Charles McBeth, Andre Henderson.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday evening at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church.

The family is at the home of his father, 183 Estes Rd., Union, SC 29379.
