Linda H. Sherbert

            Mrs. Linda Humphries Sherbert, age 73, of W. Wood St., Spartanburg, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

            Mrs. Sherbert was born in Spartanburg, August 4, 1950, a daughter of the late Furman and Gladys Scruggs Humphries. She formerly worked as a cashier and was of the Baptist faith.

            Surviving are a son, Michael Sherbert and wife Vicki of Union; two step grandsons, William Chad Adams and wife Lauren of Greenwood and Michael Scott Adams of Union; a sister, Bid Elder and husband Harold of Spartanburg; seven brothers, Clyde Humphries, Ronnie Humphries and wife Mary, Ralph Humphries and wife Claudia, and Mickey Humphries all of Spartanburg, Charles Humphries, David Humphries and wife Joyce and Bobby Humphries all of Chesnee. She was predeceased by two sisters, Rugh Watford and Becky Humphries.

            A memorial service will be held at a later date.
