Obituary
Matthew Steven Price, age 32 of Old Buncombe Rd., Union, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
Matt was born in Union, May 11, 1990, a son of Keith Price and wife Kim of Buffalo and the late Jackie Lynn Groves Price. He was formerly employed with Belk Distribution.
Surviving in addition to his father and step-mother are his fiancée, Candice Wright; his children, Delaney Price and Jaeden Price; two brothers, Josh Price of Union and Andrew Peace of Buffalo; two sisters, Carley Garner and Morgan Peace both of Buffalo; two nephews, Mason Garner and Liam Garner; a niece, Sadie Price and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Lynn and Carl Babb and was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Shirley and Lawrence Price.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Crestview Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Josh Freeman. Visitation will be held at the church immediately following the services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Matthew S. Price Fund, PO Box 148, Union, SC 29379.
The family will be at their respective homes.
