Michael Clevenger

Mr. Michael “Mike” Clevenger, age 57, husband of Jessica Clevenger, of 164 Stevens Rd., Buffalo, SC passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Mr. Clevenger was born September 3, 1966 in Fort Myers, FL, a son of the late Sylvia Ann Fleming Clevenger and Michael E. Clevenger and wife Elizabeth of Orangeburg.  He was a graduate of North Fort Myers High School and attended Nursing School, where he became a Licensed Practical Nurse.  Mr. Clevenger was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a member of Oakbrook Community Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, father and step-mother are his children, Savannah Williams and Weston Paige of the home, and Michael E. “Mikey” Clevenger, II of California; his sisters and brothers, Lisa Clevenger-Lee and husband Wayne of Enoree, Jesse Clevenger of Cross Anchor, Leroy Clevenger and wife Tammy of North Fort Myers, FL, Joan Hall and husband Kevin of Shelby, Michigan, and Anna Frederick McMurray and husband Jim of Saint Marys, OH; two special nephews, Christian Lee and Corbin Upton; and a special friend, Stephen Eubanks.  He was predeceased by a nephew, Danny Clevenger.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev.  Randy Burgess.  Burial will follow with Military Honors at Union Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Leroy Clevenger, Wayne Lee, Christian Lee, Corbin Upton, Stephen Eubanks, and Jesse Clevenger.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon prior to the services at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Agape Hospice and the nurses and staff of Hospice of the Carolina Foothills Hospice House for their love and care of Mr. Clevenger.
