Pamela Wood Vaughan

                   Mrs. Pamela Kaye Wood Vaughan, age 64, wife of Chris C. Vaughan of 131 Brannon Rd., Union, passed away, Friday, August 28, 2020 at her home.

            Mrs. Vaughan was born in Union, September 6, 1955, a daughter of the late Daniel Wylie Wood and Willie Austin Wood. She was a graduate of Union High School and continued her education to receive her Master’s degree in business. Mrs. Vaughan retired as Office Manager for Dr. Robert Yannetti in Union and she was a member of Brown’s Creek Baptist Church.

            Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Amanda Brooke Vaughan; a son, Cory A. Vaughan and wife Billie Jo all of Union; two sisters, Dianne Wood and Darlene Scoggins both of Joanna; six grandchildren, Jeffrey Conner Barfield, Christopher Carter Parker, Garrett Austin Vaughan, Christopher Daniel Vaughan, Khloie Mackenzii Vaughan and Paisley Brannon; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Vaughan was predeceased by a sister, Frances “Gail” Wood and two brothers, Daniel “Paul” Wood and James “Earl” Wood.

            A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

            The family will be at the home, 131 Brannon Rd., Union.
