Rebecca S. Williams

            Mrs. Rebecca Sinclair Crosby “Becky” Williams, age 77, went to her heavenly home Tuesday, October 24, 2023. She was the widow of Clarence Williams and was first married to the late Robert A. Crosby.

            Mrs. Williams was born in Union, February 23, 1946, a daughter of the late John Albert Sinclair and Gladys Carolyn Lee Sinclair. She was a graduate of Union High School and a retired caregiver having owned Rebecca’s Professional Nursing. Mrs. William was a member of Cannon’s Campground United Methodist Church.

            Surviving are three daughters, Sally C. Inman and husband Dexter of Union, Christie C. Campbell Dover and husband Jerry of Boiling Springs, NC and Julie C. Clark and husband Michael of Marietta, SC; seven grandchildren, Caleb Roark, Seth Roark, Dexlie Inman, Storm Lister, Justin Anderson, Grace Clark and Bella Clark; 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews whom she adored.  She was predeceased by one sister, Nina Greer, and three brothers, Thomas L. Sinclair, Johnny Sinclair and Henry Sinclair.

            A service to celebrate her life will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, October 27, 2023 at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by her nephew Thomas “Little Tommy” Sinclair.

            The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Friday at the chapel prior to the services.
