William Thomas Littlejohn

            Mr. William Thomas Littlejohn age 96, husband of Wilhelmena Proctor Littlejohn of 239 Littlejohn Rd., Jonesville, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at his home.

            Mr. Littlejohn was born in Jonesville, February 14, 1925, a son of the late T.A. and Eva Lasster Littlejohn. He was a graduate of Jonesville High School and a member of Jonesville Baptist Church. Mr. Littlejohn was a veteran of the US Army having served in the South Pacific during World War II. He retired as a timber agent after 30 years in the timber industry. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

            Surviving nieces and nephews are Karen Proctor Stevens and husband Brad of Pauline, Carol Williams Anson and husband Jerry of Florida, Pat Littlejohn and the late Deborah Howell Littlejohn of Jonesville, John Carpenter and wife Alecia of Asheville, NC, Roy Little of Jonesville, Artie Proctor of Aiken, Robert Proctor Williams and wife Penny of Atlanta, GA and Alan Proctor Williams of Florida; a great-nephew, Patrick Littlejohn and wife Ashley of Jonesville and several other great nieces and nephews. Mr. Littlejohn was predeceased by a brother, James Littlejohn.

            A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Littlejohn Family Cemetery in Jonesville conducted by Rev. Lee Mosley.
